By purchasing, downloading, or using the Coffee Roasting OS Template (“Template”), you agree to the terms outlined in this license. This agreement grants you, as the Licensee, certain rights and places restrictions on your use of the Template.

1. License Grant

This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to use the Template for personal or commercial purposes within your organization.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the Template for managing your coffee roasting or other related operations.
• Customize, modify, or adapt the Template to suit your needs within your organization.
• Use the Template to manage data, processes, and operations for internal purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Template or any modified versions of it.
• Share the Template with other individuals or organizations outside of your own.
• Use the Template in a way that directly competes with the original Template provider, such as creating and distributing a similar template.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Template or any derivative of it.

4. Ownership

The Template and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the original Template provider. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Template, only usage rights as specified.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Template is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Template is with you.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Template provider be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, business interruptions, or other damages) arising out of the use or inability to use the Template, even if the provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Template and destroy any copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
